I cannot imagine having a more professional agent but also one who gave us the personal touch. She treated us like family. We live over a thousand miles away and Kim did several FaceTime calls and walked us through different properties. She also helped us when we were ready to make an offer by coaching us through it. Kim helped us out during one of the most challenging and important purchases of our lives...and largest. She literally held our hands through the entire process, took the time to explain every little detail even if we asked the same question more than once, never was discouraged and was so honest. I truly felt like she had our family's best interests as heart and it was never about the paycheck. She would show up at open houses or go see properties and FaceTime us when we couldn't make it and never once complained. We were on the hunt for over a year and Kim kept us going the entire time. I honestly couldn't have imagined making our purchase without her guidance and expertise. I would, without a doubt, recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy in the St. Pete area.

Kim is the perfect buyer's agent. She really worked *for* us, digging for comps and negotiating a price below asking (an unexpected rarity in today's crazy market). Through it all, she maintained friendly relations with the selling agent and title folks, and made everything pleasant for us. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. It's not an act! And being a native gave us comfort that her recommendations were based on real experience. Even after the sale, she continues to help - connecting us with plumbers and other services that her years of life in the community have made possible. We highly recommend Kim!
